I started this page as a blog to record my journey in converting my 1996 Honda CBR250RR motorcycle from carburettors to fuel injection.
As the project has grown over the years, I felt there was far more to the project than could be shown through chronological blog posts.
Now, in conjunction with installing a new ECU, I have changed the layout to be hopefully clearer and more navigatable for people wishing to target specific information.
This project has been a platform for much learning on my part. From wiring to engine calibration, suspension upgrades to custom electronics and scripting. I am hoping that with this new layout and domain name, I can showcase the project in a clearer manner and help others find the information they are looking for.

I have created a GitHub page also where I will provide the electrical schematic files and source code for all of the electronic modules that I have created for this project.

I know I'm many years late. I'm interested in possibly doing this myself to my mc22. Do you have any footage of the bike running? How did the bike's performance change after the conversion?
I'm extremely impressed by what you've done and have many questions 😅
Hi. Yes there are a few videos on my TouTube channel of the bike running. https://www.youtube.com/@twillinger Some from during development and more recently on track days and on the drag strip plus a walkaround of all the modifications. To be honest I can no longer judge how the performance or rideability of the bike has changed as it has been ~12 years since I rode a stock CBR250RR. I'm very happy with the outcome though and don't regret any of the decisions made. I think they have all made a positive impact and the learning along the way has been invaluable.
